Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Bank Transfer and Western Union. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will share the details for your country.

Do you offer a discount for multiple children?

Yes — families enrolling 2 or more children receive 10–15% off each plan. Contact us on WhatsApp to set up a family arrangement.

What if I need to reschedule a class?

No problem. Simply message your teacher or our support team on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the class. Rescheduled classes do not count as used.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can change your plan at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Which plan is best for Hifz?

The Intensive plan (5 classes/week) is strongly recommended for Hifz students. Consistent daily contact with the teacher and daily revision tracking produces the best memorization results.
